Focused on the client experience and backed by decades of healthcare industry knowledge, Beacon Partners is the only firm in the industry that provides a satisfaction guarantee for all its services.This position will offer Application Support for our client and will be located in our Weymouth, MA office.Role and Responsibilities-?Maintaining and supporting Allscripts EMR application software?Providing end user Help Desk for system functionality and change requests?Troubleshooting software functionality and coordinating resolution with vendor?Participation in design and configuration of EMR?Small office implementation work?Performing application build or upgrade to applications ?Developing a test plan, writing and executing testing scripts for multiple phases of testing; ?Participation in end-user acceptance testing; ?Working with the training team to develop training and communication materials; ?Creation of project documentation.
