The Role of Project Director will be to manage a complex EMR project focusing on provider and payer with multiple EMR vendors. This is a hands-on Senior Project role. Create the Project plan, WBS, etc. Manage project milestones and deliverables Manage: Resource, Change, Risk Management plans and the Communication plan Manage Project financials Participate Quality processes Work closely with a wide variety of client personnel Client advocacy with a wide variety of vendors Manage project team members Problem resolution
