As a result of the Meaningful Use stimulus they are enjoying a dramatic increase in customer orders. Because of this increase we have a need for 4 FirstNet (ED) implementation analysts. These FirstNet must have at least 2 years experience implementing Cerners FirstNet products. It is important that the candidate have a true understanding of emergency room outpatient and clinical workflow. They will be required to leverage that workflow knowledge while providing the guidance needed to insure Cerners clients realize the benefits of their investment.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in and leads Workflow design activities Analyzes Preliminary Workflow Assessment documentation in preparation     Prepares process, workflow, gap and impact analysis documentation     Provides best practice Medication Process recommendations     Provides input into process design, application design, and decision-making activities     Participates in policy and procedure development and documentation     Escalates design concerns to Process and Project Managers and Governance Committees through key decision documentation     Creates / reviews current and future state process/workflow maps     Provides timely and accurate Project Status Reports Conducts research to identify industry best practices and makes recommendations supported by those best practicesAssists with issue resolution  Assist with development of best practice CCL reports for eMAR project  Leads/attends project team meetings           Participates in completion of project deliverables and milestones according to project scheduleWorks with Test Team to develop/customize test plan and scripts and  participates in testing activitiesWorks with Training Team to develop/customize training plan and training materialsParticipates in Go-live preparation and support activities to include workflow localization  Job Functions-Supports business design activities related to application software, data and packaged solutions (Business).Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs Coordinates acceptance testing and creates high complexity test scripts Contributes to applying the Catalyst framework, in the role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement (Methodology). Designs and reviews designs for the user system interface (USI) for business applications (Technical).
