As Clinical Applications Analyst II, you will be responsible for providing application configuration support for the Ambulatory EMR application as determined by the Project Manager. You will also serve as a reference or knowledge expert between the clinical owners of the Ambulatory application and the software applications; will participate in software design decisions, implementation, testing and ongoing support.Essential Duties:> Participates in needs assessment, software design, implementation, support, and reporting> Independently facilitates design of clinical workflow in conjunction with the clinicians; workflows will focus on improved efficiencies, solving complex workflow issues and incorporating quality initiatives> Participates in unit and integrated testing of the software to ensure that the design objectives are met, including the development of testing scripts> Leads components of development of end-user training materials and participates in training efforts> Troubleshoots issues with vendor assistance, to resolution> Performs on-call duties as requiredApply online for IRC169015 at UHhospitals.org/jobsUniversity Hospitals is proud to be an equal opportunity employer
