THE COMPANY: My client is a small professional services firm, founded in 2002, and specializing in the continuum of the lifecycle of clinical systems planning, deployment and adoption. This industry-leading professional services firm focuses on Clinician and Physician Adoption (CPOE), Clinical Information Systems, HCIT Strategy and Project and Program Management.  THE ROLE: This consulting firm is seeking clinical consultants to provide client engagement management services, including strategy, planning, physician governance, process redesign, readiness assessments, clinical process redesign and clinical content development to their clients throughout the country. Consultants will manage a variety of projects, from short-term readiness assessments to longer-term Clinical Adoption engagements.QUALIFICATIONS?   Current licensure required with BSN preferred or related health care bachelor?s degree?   Five or more year?s experience delivering healthcare services and IT solutions in a hospital, healthcare IT vendor or professional services environment is required. ?   Experience in clinical operations, managerial positions in healthcare organizations, clinical information systems process improvement and quality initiatives required?   Experience in definition, refinement, design, development and delivery of business and/or technical solutions is also required. ?   Five or more year?s experience with healthcare management consulting and clinical applications (planning and/or implementation), including the ability to work with a variety of clients including physicians, nurses, executives and other clinical services is required?   Experience presenting to and interacting with C-Level executives in with hospitals and healthcare systems.  ?   Intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) is required?   Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills are required ?   Knowledge of clinical information systems and vendor market is required?   Specific experience with CPOE and Clinical Documentation applications a plus.  ?   Strong project management experience required
