Other duties may be assigned.Consults with manager or senior management to meet engagement deliverables, budgets and target dates. Determines scope and priorities of projects, and assist manager and/or senior management to identify staffing needs of existing engagements, provide support to consultants, monitor engagement standards compliance, and work with the manager to facilitate client satisfaction and the meeting of the goals and objectives.Assist in the identification of hiring needs of consulting staff and participate in the development of performance evaluations of staff. Provide day-to-day engagement leadership, support and provide oversight to assigned engagement consulting staff. Ensure engagement deliverables are met and ensure client satisfaction through effective staff supervision. Monitor the quality of services provided, communication with manager, client and identify opportunities to engagement.Perform project management and consulting services for those accounts assigned to.Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills are necessary. Ability to effectively lead, mentor and supervise consulting staff. Review quality of work performed by Consultants (reports, letters, memos, project plans, etc.).Provide feedback to Manager and Senior Manager on consultants? performance on specific engagements.Proven management skills and leadership responsibilities to consultants and clients. Ability to anticipate problems and visualize solutions on a proactive basis.Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of specific assigned engagements. Direct the work efforts of the consulting staff on assigned engagements. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Beacon Partners policies. Responsibilities include assisting in hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; participate in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Identify business opportunities for the advancement of the firm.
