Omnicell Enterprise Application Analyst8 March 2011, 4:00 pmThe Enterprise Application Analyst works as a liaison between key stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, synthesize, communicate, and validate requirements for systems used in the medication and supply use process in hospitals. Additionally, this person oversees the development, testing, and user validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure schedule, scope, and quality requirements are met.. Help develop and be the champion of the product vision and the overall Automated Dispensing Systems solution. Gather internal and external customer requirements through interviews, observation, and research. Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical experts and user experience experts to define solutions that satisfy the spectrum of customer needs. Analyze and synthesize requirements, creating useful documentation, user stories, diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Work with staff to outline key milestones and estimate investigation and development activities. Coordinate system integration activities and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with other product domain experts for projects involving multiple stake holders. Coordination with Product Owners to document user stories for the system based on broader business requirements. Analyze new Joint Commission and FDA regulations and assess impact to system functionality and design. Effectively integrate and analyze complex sets of information from disparate sources to formulate requirements, develop system designs and assess impact to existing systems. Demonstrated strong communication skills applied in a team environment.. Experience in Quality Assurance. Demonstrated technical writing skills. Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail
