Two future hospitals are to be built in the United Arab Emirates, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Khalifa Medical City.The Senior IT Director, Service Delivery is a newly designed position overseeing customer service through the in Information Technology functions. The position will ensure that the clinicians and administrators have reliable tools, metrics and service level agreements to do their jobs. This group will create a business unit that is focused on a solid understanding of operations and process and be able to create a common understanding of service levels and working in a participative manner with the end users. The role will build relationships with the physician leads in understanding the new clinical and business processes being developed at Cleveland Clinic. The position will be very visible as it works to create a model of support for the users. This position will work closely with the CIO, the directors and customers in the health system to execute the strategic plan and further the mission of the organization. The Senior IT Director, Service Delivery will have a strong customer service orientation, a track record of setting and meeting expectations and a method for monitoring and measuring service level agreements.
