But sometimes these supplements create lots of complications. Don't know is it correct or not, but supplement has the side effects too...

I think for gaining muscles it is good to eat high calories food because high calories food build our muscles. Egg is best source of protein so it is best to eat an egg in a day.

It is quite necessary to take a supplements while we are engage in physical workouts and bodybuilding,it has little side effects but not quite!
