Sonoma Valley Community Health Center seeking a HIT Project Coordinator to join our team and provide project planning, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing support for our new practice management and its integrated electronic health record program. This includes a patient portal, e-prescribing and external exchanges. We are especially interested in someone with NextGen experience.This position ensures maximum access to, and implementation of, the technology and resources and provides daily technical assistance to staff and training when necessary.
